Your nails lasting 4 or 5 weeks doesn’t mean they should go 4 or 5 weeks between appointments.
As your natural nail grows, the balance and structure of your BIAB or enhancement changes too. After around 2–3 weeks, that extra length can place more stress on the natural nail, increasing the risk of lifting, cracking or breakages.
Regular maintenance isn’t about getting you back in sooner — it’s about keeping your nails strong, balanced and looking their best.
