✨ Update to Our Booking Policy ✨

To help us run smoothly and keep things fair for all our lovely clients, we’re introducing a small update to our booking policy. Sadly, it has come to this due to missed appointments.

• A £50 deposit is now required for all new clients booking appointments over 1 hour.
• This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Please note:
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 100% charge.
(Uless extenuating circumstances apply)
• Clients who miss their appointment will be asked to settle the applicable charge (50% for late cancellations or 100% for no-shows) and kindly required to pay a deposit before booking any future appointments.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please do let us know as soon as possible. we do have a waiting list of clients who would love an earlier appointment.
