Many of us suffer with face, neck and shoulder tension for so long that we don’t realise it until it is causing us serious pain.

The amount of people I have treated who say I’ve been grinding my teeth - I’m going to get Botox to stop. What they haven’t tried or been told is the success of buccal and facial massage.

The power of massage is so great and especially for the face.

This massage helps drain the excess fluid in the face, release tension, make the skin appear brighter and increases blood flow to the face. This can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
