Wow what a week with these beautiful girls!
I couldn’t of been blessed with a better group of women to spend the week with, it was so lovely meeting all of you, we will stay in touch forever 🥹
Thankyou to Gabriella for the unbelievable training, you must be so proud of what you have built, you’re amazing! Happy 35th or 36th birthday, I can’t keep up 😂

Time stamped Monday!
This took more effort than i initially thought 😂 I’d totally give up by my last appointment.
9.05am - Set up for the day before my gym classes, if I don’t set up before I lie there going through my to-do list, so I’m always prepped ahead of time.
10.10am Reformer and yoga to start off the week as I mean to go on.
12.07pm Feed and walk Bugs 🐶
1pm - The face sculpt + Dermaplane + Skin pen face & neck. I would normally split the face sculpt up however, as my client drives a totally of 2 hours to see me I make the exception.
4.20pm - Bespoke 90 minute treatment (lots and lots of massage for Soph)
6pm - Skin pen face for Brooke 🤍
7.15pm - Bespoke 90 minutes for Georgia 🤍
