After your appointment:

🥗 Eat nourishing, balanced meals and reduce salty or highly processed foods if possible.
🚫 Avoid alcohol for the rest of the day.
🛁 Skip very hot baths, saunas and intense exercise for 24 hours.
😴 Rest if you feel tired – your body is working hard behind the scenes.
