🥰What promises did you make to yourself for this year?

I hope everyone’s having a great start to the near year! 🥳 (And if not let’s wipe the slate clean today and go again tomorrow! 👊🏾💪🏾)

My biggest want for this year was to practice what I preach. I’m forever talking about the importance of self care and wellbeing to clients (because I genuinely understand and believe in the importance of it).
We have so many clients suffering with hair loss or breakage and so far in some/most cases it’s stress, poor diet, poor health and hair practices and lack of general self care and well-being. So my biggest promise this year is too start this journey with you guys and talk by example, rather than just talking at you. 🥰💜

I wanted to go into the near year with a difference, so I tackled my eating first in December, had a steam and did a really good trim 😩🫣. And have now incorporated gym/home work outs, and walks.

The other things I promised myself is that I would post and show up more. I have so many clients tell me that they wish they found me sooner. Clients booking with tears in their eyes because of the relief that they’ve finally found a solution to their problem. I realised the less I talk about what it is I do, the more of a disservice I am doing to those that truly need my help.

Last things is to improve my systems and processes (we’re working on it I promise) to be able to deal better with demand, faster responses, less missed emails and make booking an appointment more simple again.
