Hello again. It's been a minute. Life had taken me into a new direction and somehow I found my way back here. To celebrate I'm offering 30 minute home Reiki sessions for £20. Please message me if you would like to book.

Just finished my Reflexology course and glad to say I loved every minute of it. Thank you and Tehreem.

When you get that calling to do something and you feel that time is running out but you can't seem to make the most of the time you have to actually sit down and act on it. Don't be hard on yourself. Inaction is still action. It's still a choice, a choice not to act. A choice to continue on your path.

Today I had this feeling. The feeling to write and yet I could not sit down and write. Instead I thought about writing. I thought about how many words I needed to write to complete a book, 25,000 for a novella. I thought about how I was able to write a book before, by writing every day. I thought about what my daily word goal would be, 500 words (that's about 1 hours worth of writing for me on a slow day). Then I realised it was more possible to achieve than I had originally imagined. All it would take is 50 days or 7 weeks. Better yet, only 2 months of focus. That, I could do.

I've had some customers ask about when the teas will be back in stock. I currently have stock ready for Mother's Day. Healing turquoise beads for my reiki crystal healing sessions. The Egyptians believed that wrapped around body parts, turquoise was a great healer. Going to give this a go on my hands. The cold weather has brought out pain in my hands possibly due to arthritis. I've stopped drinking sugary fizzy drinks as one of the worst contributors of arthritis but not sure I can give up my tomatoes just yet.
