⭐️ I am always looking for ways to improve my health and energy from the inside out. Today I have started taking creatine (sold by )……

⭐️ Creatine provides significant benefits among pre-menopausal females as it appears to be effective for improving strength and exercise performance.

⭐️ Post-menopausal females may also experience benefits in skeletal muscle size and function.

I’m hoping to see benefits of enhanced cognitive function (especially during sleep deprivation or high stress), and better bone health. Let’s see what happens 😀

⭐️It’s Nutrition & Hydration Week ⭐️ How’s your week going? For lent I gave up alcohol and have been trying to drink 6-8 pints a day 💦 Somedays have been more successful than others 🫣 but I have avoided and surprisingly don’t really miss alcohol. 🤷‍♀️ Did you give anything up for lent to improve your nutrition or hydration?

Homemade banana bread with chocolate chips 🍌😋I love baking with the kids especially on cold, rainy days and as a weekend treat we added chocolate chips. Nothing is off limits! Everything in moderation!!

Do you have little helpers at home to help at meal times? 🍽️ I definitely have at least one 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 They will be learning so many skills and gaining so much nutritional knowledge that will stay with them for life making this time together so beneficial! My youngest helped and talked me through preparing and making chicken and veggie wholegrain pasta, which we all love as a family and is packed with nutritional value 😋💪 You can definitely do this with your children too 🫵🤩

Another easy bake with the kids helping!

I’ve made a little Friday night treat using homemade stewed apples 🍏🍎 in puff pastry. As we’re heading into Autumn I’ve used my pumpkin cutter for the top of the apple pie 🥧😍

As you can see from my picture, the kids are never far when I’m in the kitchen and love to help me. I love their inquisitive side, asking what is in their food? Is it healthy? How it helps and impacts their body? Knowledge is definitely power for life

🥣🫐🍌 This is my go to breakfast…….Greek yogurt, mixed seeds, berries, small banana and Purition mix, with a glass of water and quick cup of tea. Not only helps to wake me up and energise me for the morning, but also keeps me fuller for longer 😋 How do you start your day?
