Aurora Sound baths

MEN… WE’RE CURIOUS 👀

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been asked quite a few times…

“Do you do floating sound baths for men?”
"Can men join your floating sound baths?"

So, we’re putting the question to you…

Would you actually be interested in a Men’s Only Floating Sound Bath? 🌊

No judgement. No pressure. No experience needed. You don't even have to be able to swim!!

Just 90 minutes to switch off, relax and have some uninterrupted time for yourself.

MEN — would you come along? 👇

👍 YES – I’d definitely give it a go
🤔 Maybe – I’m intrigued
🙅‍♂️ Not for me

And if you know a man who could seriously do with some time to switch off… tag him below!

Let’s see if there’s enough interest to make it happen…

Relaxing on a Friday night 😌

What a super relaxing evening we had.... I was actually grateful for this sound bath as my Friday was a challenging one. Was a great reminder that pausing is a great reset and slowing down helps you think clearer. Even though I was giving the sound bath, it was still great for me too 🙏🏻

Sometimes we just need to stop.
Sound baths help to calm the nervous system and gives you time to regulate 🙏🏻

Thank you to all that joined me last Friday 🙏🏻

My son sometimes gets involved with the business and on Friday he decided to join us. He always says I have a serious face so I decided not to have a serious face! And he was like' muuuum I'm trying to get you some good video footage' 🤣🤣
I can't win hahaha 😂

I do love it when he is part of the session, he does make me giggle

I look forward to seeing you!!!! 🎵

A lovely afternoon & the weather was great too 🙏🏻

Thank you to everyone who joined us as I know some were put off as they were worried about the rain (which stayed away)

And a massive thank you to Nerva for bringing the sauna poolside 😍 and The Laughter Sanctuary for bringing the giggles!!!

Everyone who came made it a beautiful day 🙏🏻🌿

Can't wait for next year's outdoor wellness events as I have learnt a lot this summer and will make next year even better!!!!

Thank you 🥰
