SJudd Sports Therapy

A huge thank you to my lovely clients for some amazing reviews over the last couple of weeks ❤️

After an amazing time off I’m officially back to work! 🖇️

My summer holiday is officially over and it’s time to get back into the swing of work! I do have a few slots remaining for the rest of August and into September so please do keep an eye as these slots will go quickly ⚡️

🛫 OUT OF OFFICE 🛫

Please note I will be taking a time out of the clinic and heading off on a much needed holiday from the 11th -18th August ☀️

While I’m soaking in the sun, mountains and Slovakian castles I won’t be on my phone as much so replies will be slow, please do bear with me while I get back to you 📧

It is still possible to book appointments using the booking line found both below and in my bio. I do have a few appointments left for August but be snappy as they’ll go quickly 👀

See you in back in clinic on the 19th ❤️

🏡 I’VE MOVED 🏡

After 4 1/2 incredible years at Wessex it’s time to branch out, and that has lead me to Verity Fitness!

After a lot of stressing, painting and Ikea unit building it’s finally ready and we are a go!

I’m very excited to start my new adventure and look forward to all the new and incredible people I meet along the way 🥳

If you need me, you know where you can find me 🤪

It’s been a while since I’ve posted some reviews from my clients so it’s about time we had a look at some ❤️

Thank you to all my lovely clients for such kind words 😋

Start of 2026 means it’s full swing back into work after a lovely little Christmas break off 🏋🏼‍♀️

Please note that January is already very busy and filling quickly, therefore please book your appointments in advance to make sure you get the slot you want 🗓️

Don’t forget the referral scheme for money off for both you and a friend 👭🏼

Happy weekend 💜
