With over 30 years of experience between them, they’ve grown alongside the business and seen OCS evolve first-hand.

Katharine began her journey in 2008 as a receptionist, while Vicki joined in 2009 as Education Manager for our New Zealand distributor. Today, they bring that wealth of experience to leading OCS together.

They believe open, collaborative conversations are an important part of growth. You'll often find Vicki at education sessions or events, working closely with stylists, listening and learning from the people who use OCS every day.

It's this connection that helps shape what comes next. 🖤
