A STRONG IMMUNE SYSTEM CAN HELP WARD OFF COLDS AND FLU.
BUT WE NEED TO MEASURE IT REGULARLY.

See the first image below. When you've recently recovered from any cold, flu or even virus and somehow you suffer the similar again in a short space of time. This means you have a weak immune system.

WHY IS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM ESSENTIAL FOR OUR HEALTH?

The immune system of our body is a kind of defence mechanism to fight against pathogenic microbes. It has cells that are specialized to kill infecting microbes and keep our body healthy. It produces antibodies to kill the harmful pathogen known as the antigen.

SYMPTOMS OF A WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM CAN INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• autoimmune disorders.
• inflammation of the internal organs.
• blood disorders or abnormalities, such as anaemia.
• digestive issues, including loss of appetite, diarrhoea, and abdominal cramping.
• growth and developmental delays in infants and children.

HEALTHY WAYS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM:

Don't smoke. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables. Exercise regularly. Maintain a healthy weight.

IS THERE A TEST TO CHECK YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM?

Tests used to diagnose an immune disorder include: Blood tests. Blood tests can determine if you have normal levels of infection-fighting proteins (immunoglobulin) in your blood and measure the levels of blood cells and immune system cells. Abnormal numbers of certain cells can indicate an immune system defect.

However, there is an alternative that can provide you with your Carotenoid Antioxidant measurement from the palm of your hand in 30 seconds non-evasively. It is a very cheap way but very accurate and effective method to measure your immune system health.
