“The Crown’s case is that during the telephone calls the defendants engaged in witness coaching, and that their joint intention was to influence and thereby improve both the content of the evidence given by Ryan Wellings and the manner in which he gave it.
“This was in flagrant breach of the clear order of the court.”
In one phone call, Croft told Wellings: “Some advice to listen, so take it in. Say how sorry you was and how you regret some of your actions. You can show emotion. If you do feel like you’re gonna cry then let it out.”
Days later, Wellings wept when giving evidence about hearing of the death of Kiena Dawes, said the prosecutor.
In another exchange, Croft told Wellings: “I’ve got some more pointers to get across to ya. When kick offs happened express whether it was just you or both of you, and things that blew up worse because of her, reason being her mental health and you found it difficult to deal with.”
Croft also advised: “Don’t forget to keep mentioning self-defence. Get it in there.”

“Don’t say you pushed her, say you moved her. Pushed sounds much worse” he then went on to say on the stand that he pushed Kiena out of way and later corrected himself and said I didn’t push her, I moved her.

🤢 this stuff was not said in one phone call, but 8 seperate calls!! 8 times they breached the orders of the crown courts. It is gross. Disgusting. Vile behaviour.

Very difficult day again in court yesterday. Suspended sentences for Emma Croft, Michael wellings and Lisa green (Michael and Lisa also got put on tag and curfew for few weeks as they kidnapped my niece too) and Ryan wellings has to serve another 3 months for his role in the 8 phone calls that they breached the orders of the crown and discussed his evidence on the stand. He was coached how to act and what to say… and that’s the result. The end.
It’s a joke, but we will be glad to never see a court room again.

"Say how sorry you was" - Monster sentenced alongside mum, dad and girlfriend Ryan Wellings, the monster who terrorised 23-year-old Kiena Dawes, has been sentenced alongside his mum, dad and new girlfriend for contempt of court in relation to the original trial.

Hoping the changes that are trying to be made and whatever “lessons are being learned” that they can make a positive difference in justice for families affected by domestic abuse. Change is needed.

Looking for a tutor/tutors to help support my eldest to achieve the best possible IGCSE results. She will be taking the Pearson edexcel IGCSE in mathematics and IGCSE English language, spec B.
(If she were still in a school setting she would be “year 9” now)

She’s not so keen on idea of “group classes” online with the camera on (she’s camera shy🤦🏼‍♀️) and I don’t find her engagement the same when it’s a pre recorded lesson, would probs be more comfortable in person or online 1-1 or a small group with no camera required, for the moment.

RYAN WELLINGS mother LISA GREEN and father MICHAEL WELLINGS have both pleaded guilty to the KIDNAP of Kiena’s baby in August 2022. They removed her from her pram and ran off with her into a car and sped away leaving my vulnerable grandma screaming and crying for help in the street. They were strangers to my grandma and she was just walking and singing to the baby in her pram and they kidnapped her and terrified my grandma. This was just days after Kiena’s funeral. Glad our family has been spared another trial…
They will be sentenced soon and are appearing in court for perverting course of justice on 28th October.
