Helping women age gracefully, celebrating family milestones, and watching confidence grow… last week reminded me exactly why I love what I do. Last week was amazing! 🩵

Not only did I have the pleasure of welcoming some lovely ladies to my clinic for the very first time, but yesterday my youngest son was voted Player of the Year at his end-of-season football awards. What a perfect ending to a truly wonderful week!

It’s been a week filled with helping women feel more confident in their own skin and embrace ageing gracefully without looking “done.” Natural, subtle enhancements have always been my approach, and that will never change.

One treatment that is becoming increasingly popular in clinic is the Mid-Face Lift with Dermal Filler. By restoring lost volume and support in the cheeks, we can create a more youthful appearance, improve facial definition, and soften the appearance of those pesky jowls that so many of us menopausal women know all too well!

I’ve also had clients returning for reviews after their first Lumi Meso Gold Microneedling Treatment, and the results so far have been fantastic. As this treatment works best as a course of three, I can’t wait to see their final results over the coming months.

Most clients need between 1–3 HIFU sessions, depending on their skin concerns, age, collagen levels and desired results.

Typical guidelines for High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU):

* Mild skin laxity / prevention:
* Moderate skin laxity or lifting concerns:
* More advanced skin laxity:
May require more than 3 sessions for optimal tightening and collagen stimulation.

Results develop gradually because HIFU works by stimulating your body’s natural collagen production:

* Initial tightening: often within a few weeks
* Best results: around 8–12 weeks
* Continued improvement: up to 6 months ( depending on underlying skin condition and quality, don’t worry I have other treatments that will improve skin quality and condition. Which obviously improves the HIFU results)

Maintenance is commonly recommended every 12–18 months depending on ageing, lifestyle and skin condition. I will@advise you if this during consultation.
