I’ve joined a wellness company that offers everything from health supplements and nutrition to skincare and makeup, and I’m genuinely excited about it 💖

You’ll probably know by now that I’ve been working hard to support my health through diet, lifestyle changes and a more natural approach. It’s been a journey, with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and neutropenia all in the mix, and I’ve learnt that what we put in and on our bodies really matters.

So when this opportunity came up to build a little business from home around clean, affordable, and supportive wellness products, I thought, why not?

This isn’t about chasing shiny things. It’s about having something I can do on the good days (and the not-so-good ones), being part of a lovely community, and sharing things that might help others too.
