I really don’t like doing posts like this🙈 but after a few recent occuramces, I feel I need to just do a little note about my cancellation policy 🤍

Sometimes life happens — I absolutely get that! Kids get poorly, we get poorly, work meetings pop up, cars break down, and sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control. That is life!
But when you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside especially for you🫶🏻
It’s your you time in my diary, and when an appointment is cancelled or moved at very short notice, I often don’t have enough time to offer that space to somebody else.
As a small business, every appointment matters. My diary is my livelihood, and last-minute cancellations and no-shows can have a much bigger impact than you may realise.

My cancellation policy is simply there to protect my time and my little business, while still allowing me to be as understanding and flexible as I can when life throws those unexpected moments our way🤍

So please, if you do need to change your appointment, just give me as much notice as possible🫶🏼 I will always treat genuine circumstances with kindness and understanding🤍🫶🏻
