Please remember that outside our working days / hours we are not always near our salon appointments books - so you may need to wait for reply to your message until we are back in work . This is particularly important during the summer holidays, as most of us have children and we don’t want to be replying to work related messages during our family time .

We all know that remembering you need a haircut or to change an appointment can come to you at 11pm at night so feel free to messege when you remember - but please also respect our working days / hours as to when to expect a reply outside those hours . We will reply as soon as we can .
