When you pay for an appointment with us, you’re paying for more than the time you spend in the chair. That price covers your stylist’s skill and dedicated time, high-end professional products, our team and the many costs of running the salon. We’re also VAT registered, so the appointment price is very different from what I take home.
No small business enjoys increasing prices, but these changes are necessary for us to keep giving you the time, care and service you deserve.

One of the hardest parts of being self-employed is realising that sometimes you have to make difficult decisions. Decisions you’ll overthink, worry about and probably lose sleep over, because you never want to disappoint the people who have supported you.
I’ve spent years trying to fit everyone in, working more hours than I should and worrying far too much about letting people down. But as the salon grows, I’m learning that growth sometimes means changing the way I work too.
There are a few changes coming to Capelli that will allow me to create a much healthier work/life balance while still giving every client the time, attention and standard of service they deserve.

We’ve jumped on the 80’s trend… and apparently Capelli would’ve been VERY pink 💗😂
