It’s a genuinely good product, when it’s used correctly and on the right skin type. It’s an occlusive repair balm, not a moisturiser, and it’s worth having in your drawer for the times your barrier actually needs it.

But if your skin barrier is healthy, there’s no use for a barrier balm, it’s not doing anything a good moisturiser isn’t already doing better. 🫶🏼
