Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing working alongside the bodies energy line and chakra points holistically to support the body's mind and emotions with a light touch or non touch technique being non invaisive
Reiki energy helps to relieve blockages you may have that is causing pain or disease in your body,
Your session will flow in to your traditional Reiki therapy down the front of your body this can consist on touch or non touch
This will allow for deeper relaxation and energetic reset.
Your Reiki session can take anything from 30/45or 60 minutes.

Aroma Reiki using döTERRA oils begins at the feet with a grounding blend of oils gently anchoring the body and calming the mind
From the feet the oils will then be applied along the back in chakra balancing sequence supporting the energetic harmony amd alignment with gentle soft hand touch and techniques - your session will then flow in to your traditional Reiki therapy down the front of your body this can consist on touch or non touch
This will allow for deeper relaxation and energetic reset.
