FREE treatment up for grabs

This morning I had the privilege of supporting 90 people who paid to endure a 3 hour boot camp beasting all in aid of an amazing charity.

They did themselves very proud. Exercising at 100% for 3 hours is hard graft…..add in boot camp instructors and a group of Royal Marines with tyres, stretchers, sand bags, a cargo net, jerry cans and very LOUD SHOUTY voices and I was more than pleased it was them instead of me!

All the raffle ticket sales, merchandise purchases and the entry fees have all gone to a charity whose mission it is to save and change the lives of serving and veteran members of the armed forces and emergency services community.
