Cyst removal.. any fans? 🌋
We remove a variety of cutaneous lesions from the skin, one of our favourites being sebaceous cysts. We understand they can be debilitating and embarrassing, but most Cysts in the skin are benign and harmless, and do not require treatment, unless they become inflamed and cause discomfort.

For this particular client we used a combination of CLEARSKIN™️ laser to break down the compact sebaceous matter, alongside a 2mm biopsy punch to create an entry point for extraction. The downtime is roughly 2-4 weeks for the skin to recover. Price from £35.00

Tattoo removal on a client who has had X2 microblading sessions, over the top of one session of PMU tattooing( 2 different other clinics). This photo is taken 6 weeks apart from just one session of laser removal on the HARMONY XL PRO. Results can be seen within the first 6 weeks, but optimum results will be roughly 3 months post treatment. We recommend leaving a minimum interval of 6-8 weeks between treatments, if multiple treatments are needed, to allow the skin to heal effectively and improve the efficiency of the process. Seborrheic keratosis is a common, non-cancerous skin growth that often appears in middle age and older adults. They are benign, harmless lesions that usually do not require treatment, but can be removed for cosmetic reasons or if they become irritated. We use both Laser and Electrolysis to do this, avoiding any further disruption to the surrounding skin. Only one singular treatment is needed, with potentially as low as 7 days healing time.

Appearance: Seborrheic keratoses appear as raised, slightly waxy or scaly patches on the skin. They can be tanned, brown, or black in color and may have a raised “stuck-on” look.
Locations: They most commonly develop on the sides of the face and hairline, down the central trunk of the abdomen,chest, back, and shoulders.
Number: Some individuals may have a single seborrheic keratosis, while others develop numerous lesions in cluster formations.
Growth: They tend to grow slowly and may increase in size and color with time. The size can vary from extremely large raised masses or small grain-like shapes almost flat and colourless to the skin.
Causes: Seborrheic keratosis is more common in older adults. Extremely rare in children and persons under 30, but possible to spot in the early stages of growth.
Genetics: They often run in families, suggesting a genetic predisposition.
Sun Exposure: While not directly caused by sun, sun exposure would increase the likelihood of their development.
Trauma: The skin has a tendency to form various skin lesions, moles, skin tags, Seborrheic keratosis, cutaneous lesions. When these are irritated and picked/scratched over time the skins response can often cause an overproduction of collagen and pigment that can cause the lesion to worsen over time.
