💜🦋 A little price update from Purple Butterfly Salon 🦋💜

I just wanted to let all my lovely clients know that from 1st October, there will be a small increase to some of my prices.

I want to reassure you that prices won’t be going up by a lot, and the increase will mainly affect my colour services. There has been a significant rise in the cost of professional hair colour and products this year, so unfortunately I’ve had to make a small adjustment to reflect this.

I’ve kept my prices as affordable as possible for as long as I can, and I really appreciate your understanding. 💜

I’m so grateful for each and every one of you for your continued support, loyalty and for choosing Purple Butterfly Salon. It really does mean so much to me. 🦋

Hey happy bank holiday weekend!!
Just to let you all know that I'm away from 22nd September to 29th September.

Appointments are limited from now until I go away so please let me know if you need to book an appointment.

Also I hate to mention the c word (Christmas) but please book in advance around the Christmas period as I do get very busy!!

💜 Cancellation Policy Update 💜
Just a little update for all my lovely clients…

As I’m self-employed and work on my own, every appointment is time set aside especially for you. Because of this, I do need to be a bit stricter with cancellations — and I’m really sorry to have to enforce this 💜

✨ Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange

✨ Less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50%

✨ Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at 100%

I completely understand that things happen, especially if you’re unwell — just message me as soon as you can and I’ll always do my best to be fair 💜
