Dear clients, we want to inform you that we have not found a Lever 3 Hair Stylist/Barber to replace Constantin, who now has moved to Australia.
Unfortunately we’re not willing to settle for less, as we know Constantin has set the bar high and is only fair to keep the same standards of service.
The future of Gents&Co is to be decided soon.

Rent a chair / Employed positions available.

Pre-booked existing clientele. You will not have to wait for walk-ins.
Flexible hours.
You have to be able to do:
-Fades
-Beard trim
-Scissor over comb
-Styling mens hair
-Colour mens hair
-Texturising hair, thinning
-Kids haircuts

*We provide further training. In the Salon.

We are a busy hair Salon that are looking for an individual with dedication and passion for barbering, to join our team.

We are particularly looking for the following characteristics from our applicants:
- Ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for all things fashion and hair.
-Your skills could be made up of many things, we are looking for people with previous barbering/hairdressing experience.
-Our clients are our number one priority and our team should share this ethos and be willing to go the extra mile for them, customer service should be instinctive to you!
-You must be able to speak, read and write fluent English, have a valid passport/working permit and visa (1year minimum).
-The position is full time, working varied hours between Monday to Saturday. You must be flexible and above all punctual.

There is substantial existing clientele and you’ll work by appointments.
We have our own website and also in Salon booking system.

Must have NVQ Level 2 minimum.

You’ll get the most competitive salary along with other benefits.

From Monday the 19th of July the government has planned to ease the restrictions.

As we are a close contact business, the safety of our clients and team is our priority which is why we will be keeping the following measures in place:

➖Our team will still be wearing masks in the salon & barbershop

➖We still require our clients to wear a mask, although it can be removed during beard trims

➖We will still adhere to social distancing within the salon & barbershop

➖We will still work in split shifts to keep the number of people in our salon reduced at one time

➖We still require our clients to sanitise when they enter the salon & barbershop

➖We will still maintain our high standards of cleaning and sanitation of the salon & barbershop

Dear clients - we have missed you!

We are pleased to confirm that in accordance with the current Government guidelines, we are preparing to re-open on the 12th April.

Not only are we looking forward to welcoming you back, we will also be in our new home! We have moved just 5 doors down to 103 Maldon High Street (located next to the Crusty Loaf bakery).

Our sister salon ‘Salon Central’ will remain on the ground floor, with ‘Gents & Co’ located on the first floor with a great new space to call our own.
