Aspirating is only relevant for dermal fillers and not anti-wrinkle injections. Aspiration ensures that the tissue we are injecting the needle into is a safe location to inject the filler. We do this by pulling back on the plunger of the syringe to ensure that no blood is pulled back into the syringe. If you do get a flashback of blood into the syringe then this means that the needle tip is sitting in a blood vessel or artery and this would not be safe to inject filler. This is a positive aspiration.
