Retinol can make your skin more sensitive, which means waxing over recently treated skin can lead to irritation or even skin lifting.

🤍 Stop using retinol 5–7 days before your brow wax
🤍 Prescription retinoids may need 7–14 days
🤍 Wait 24–48 hours after waxing before using retinol again

Using retinol too close to your appointment can cause:
