What does a Sports Therapist do?
There are 4 main roles-
1. We assess, treat and rehabilitate a range of musculoskeletal conditions

2. We provide appropriate soft tissue treatments

3. We can help sporting athletes/ non athletes injuries

4. We can refer if further investigation is needed

With this knowledge I have gained i will help you reach your fitness goals, or help you start right from the beginning and find your fitness goals.
