Can I work over someone else’s work?

I get asked this ALOT, and the simple answer is yes… provided the permanent makeup that is already there meets certain criteria.

1. They cannot be over saturated. Adding more ink to over saturated eyebrows will make them look dark, blocky and just not nice!
2. Blue/grey and red colours are a no. I would have to saturate the brows to correct these colours only for them to re surface in 6 months time, maybe even less because they are STUBBORN!
3. You need to be 100% happy with the size and shape. I cannot and will not alter the shape of any brow unless we did removal first. They will heal slightly differently.

This clients brows are a perfect example of previous work that I am able to work with. They were a year old and had faded beautifully, the saturation was breaking down and yet the pigment colour had stayed stable. And bonus - the previous pigments were exactly the same brand that I use ☺️

My client came to me wanting to fill in the fronts, fill in the gaps underneath and lengthen the tails. Keeping them as natural as possible was the most important goal and I think we achieved that!

You would NEVER know she had had her brows done… perfect 🩷

We opted for a soft powder brow to cover up her old microblading.
