✨Missed Appointment ✨

Due to the rising cost of living as well as the difficulty in getting child care, if you need to cancel an appointment could you please try to give at least 24 hours notice. I accept that this isn’t always possible of course but please don’t just not turn up without a word. This costs small businesses such as mine money that is vital to keep us going.
Due to the increasing number of times this is happening I will now be taking a 50% non refundable deposit upon booking larger appointments. This will be non transferable if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
If you repeatedly miss appointments you will be asked to pay in full upon booking also.
I hope that you all understand.
