Five years ago, it was just me, a wax pot, a spare bedroom… and a bed 😂. No business plan, no clue where it would lead, just a feeling that this was what I was meant to do.
I never imagined where those little first steps would take me. There have been highs, there have definitely been lows, but every challenge has shaped the journey and made this dream even more meaningful.
Fast forward five years, and I have my own beautiful little salon, I’m newly married, we’re renovating our dream home, and so many of my OG clients are still by my side. That honestly means more to me than you’ll ever know. ❤️
Sometimes we get so caught up chasing the next goal that we forget to stop and appreciate how far we’ve already come. This life I’m living now was once something I only dreamed about.
Seeing my story published has been one of those moments that made me pause and reflect. It’s a reminder that with enough passion, hard work, and belief in yourself, anything really is possible.
To everyone who’s supported me, trusted me, cheered me on, or simply booked that very first appointment… thank you. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

HEAVY ON THIS ✨✨
If you followed me for a while, you’ll know I’m not shy of sharing anything about my life and that includes my full-blown mental breakdown that I had last year. I always try and be a transparent as I can on this account because whatever you see is not always what goes on behind the scenes.
When I went onto Buff Browz podcast I really wanted to divulge what it was like struggling with my mental health and also trying to run a business on the side because I know there’s so many business owners out there that have felt the same.
It’s vulnerable to share what a hard time you’ve had, but the best thing that came from that for me was shared experiences. So many people were there for me, offering a helping hand and just being an unreal support system and I wouldn’t have had that, had I not of opened up and shared what was really going on.
This is your sign to reach out and get yourself back on track if you’re feeling like you’ve hit a little bit of a roadblock. We all go through it and you’re 100% not alone in feeling the way you feel. I’m so heavy on this because if you would’ve told 2025 Leah that 2026 Leah would be the happiest she’s ever been and truly in love with life she would of never believed it.
A problem shared is a problem solved! My dms are always always open to everyone one of you ✨
