I suppose, I’m not too sure where to start with this post. It’s definitely been delayed to be uploaded, and that’s because unfortunately not everything that you see on social media is what you might think 🤍

3 weeks ago today, I hosted my first ever masterclass. It was genuinely one of the best moments of my career and life to date. The morning of my masterclass I was buzzing with excitement and happiness!

But unfortunately that very same day I had to drive straight from my masterclass, to say goodbye to my Grandad 🤍

It’s with a really heavy heart that I’ve had to even mention this on social media. But my lack of responsiveness (which I’m normally very good at), and posting, has really taken the hit, which in turn affects my business.

I have been debating for the past few weeks whether to share anymore media/ content from my masterclass because it felt inauthentic to how I’ve actually been feeling.

This day is so special to me, but actually carries so much heartbreak and sadness too.

I’ve decided I wanted to share this with you, as I wouldn’t be in this career or job unless I had the support around me and on social media.

So from a very vulnerable Lia, I hope all makes a little more sense as to my absence.

Life is for living and if there’s one thing I’ve learnt from my Grandad, it’s to take every day in its stride, chase your dreams, and live every second of the day to the fullest 🤍✨🫶🏼
