4 mistakes you’re making with your lash extensions!

1. Not brushing your lashes: You should brush your lashes at least once a day to help keep them separated and all facing the right direction, maintaining a fresh and fluffy appearance! Always feel free to ask for extra spoolies if you want to scatter them around your car/house/bags👜

2. Picking/pulling your lashes: It is normal to shed 5-6 natural lashes per day, with an extension attached. However if you pick and pull your lashes out before they are ready to shed, this can cause gaps and damage to your lash line🫣

3. Not washing your lashes between appointments: Your eyelashes are designed to keep debris, sweat, and oil out of your eyes. Throughout the day/week, these can build up on your lash extensions. Debris can cause lashes to clump together, making them too heavy for the natural lash and potentially pulling them out prematurely, and oils from your skin can loosen the glue and cause the lash extension to detach from the natural lash. I always have lash shampoo kits available to purchase🫧

4. Not booking your infills: Infills aren’t just for adding new extensions in, they’re also for removing any outgrown lashes that may start to weigh your natural lashes down, and keeping your lash extensions healthy, full, and fluffy!🤍
