Wow what a week it's been, 35°c & bank holiday Monday.... Then we've got 2 weeks of School Holidays 🤪🤪.... Let's not delay getting back to group, whatever has happened, I hope you've made great memories with family & friends.... Just got home from my team meeting & I'm so chuffed I received these awards 🙂🙂.... Thank you to each of my members for being committed to their weightloss journey 🩵🩵....

Last night was a great night in group, Christelle recieved her 1 1/2st award in 12 weeks after joining through our referral scheme.... Also our Man of the Year 2026 is Norman & it was very emotional 🩵🩵.... I'm so lucky to have great members that come to group however their week has gone as they always say, staying to group is what helps them 😊😊....

Yes, it's that time of the week GROUP DAY !!!!....
