For any new followers here, I thought I’d reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Rebecca, and I started Wellness Within back in 2021 with the aim of creating a warm, cosy space dedicated to women’s wellbeing.

One of the biggest reasons I created Wellness Within was to provide safe, supportive massage treatments for people going through cancer treatment, after struggling to find places for my mum to receive massage when she was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. That experience shaped so much of the care and support I now hope to offer others.

At the same time, after 10 years working in sales as an account manager I began noticing how heightened my own nervous system had become. I knew I wanted to move into work that felt more meaningful and aligned with helping others feel calmer, supported and cared for.

Fast forward 5 years, and I still genuinely love what I do. I absolutely love meeting all of my lovely clients, and a huge focus of every treatment is helping women slow down their nervous system, truly switch off and deeply relax.

Little Ones Welcome 👩🏻‍🍼✨

I understand how challenging it can be to carve out time for yourself when you’re caring for little ones. Your wellbeing matters too.
You’re always welcome to bring your baby or toddler along to your appointment. The cabin is a calm, cosy, child-friendly space where they can play, rest, or stay close while you receive your treatment.

Reflexology is especially lovely if you may need to feed or hold your little one during your session, allowing you to fully relax while keeping them close 🦶🏼

When booking, just let me know if you’ll be bringing your little one so I can allow a little extra time, just in case we need it.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage 💧

Yesterday I was a model for .of.ki.therapy_ lymphatic drainage course - and honestly, if you’re a massage therapist looking to train, I couldn’t recommend her enough. Ki is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does.

I really want to emphasise how effective this treatment is for reducing bloating and excess fluid around the ribs and stomach. While you can clearly see the visual results, it’s important to remember this is a full body treatment 🌿

Today I feel noticeably lighter - my skin feels firmer and my nervous system has fully slowed down. I slept deeply last night. So yes, the before & after is great, but physically and mentally, I feel so good✨
