What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Reiki practitioners use gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.

On Saturday I became level 2 attuned for reiki!🥳

What an experience it is doing this stuff 🤯it's crazy the things you can do with reiki it's so interesting and something I absolutely love doing!
