ProFlex Therapy
Helping Active People Recover & Perform Pain-Free | Expert Sports Therapy & Rehab | Strength-Based Recovery.
Most shoulder rehab stops at light bands and endless rotations.
But real shoulders need to absorb force, stabilise under load, and react fast. Train for that, or the pain keeps coming back.
We use an “Elite” rehab approach that exposes the shoulder to force and impact in a controlled way — so it’s ready for anything.
Swipe for 3 exercises we use to build a bulletproof shoulder 👇
1️⃣ Landmine Press — Safer angle, same heavy strength, mimics real pushing forces.
2️⃣ Push-Up Plyometrics — Turns strength into power. Handle this, and daily life feels easy.
3️⃣ Medball Wall Slams — Integrates shoulder, hips, and core into one athletic unit.
Still stuck on bands with no progress? That’s a placeholder, not a plan.

Your groin isn’t the problem. Your hips stopped working
This is what early-phase hip rehab looks like for footballers - hinge, extend, reload. Most groin issues aren’t a groin problem at all — it’s the hip failing to control load through the chain, and the groin taking the hit for it.
Three exercises. One goal: get the right things firing again.
→ Hip Lock and Reach — hip stability through range
→ Hamstring Bridge ISO with Band — posterior chain, glute-hamstring link
→ Lunge ISO — control under length, not collapse
Comment Assessment and to know exactly where to start
Your hamstring isn’t the problem. It’s the messenger.
We forced Sam’s big toe to load through this hamstring bridge — and watch what happens. That shake isn’t weakness. It’s her nervous system getting exposed to a demand it hasn’t had to handle yet.
This is exactly why generic “rest and stretch” advice doesn’t fix recurring hamstring injuries. If your body can’t control this position under load, it’ll keep finding ways to break down when you run.
We don’t just treat pain. We find what the body’s been avoiding — before it becomes your next injury.

Strong, reactive shoulders = fewer setbacks and a faster return to contact. Here’s how we built one back.
Benji’s rugby injury sidelined him. He needed a shoulder strong enough to take hits and reactive enough to handle the chaos of the pitch.
Standard rehab wasn’t going to cut it.
If you’re still doing endless sets of basic internal/external rotations with a light band, you’re missing massive pieces of the puzzle. You need load, velocity, and reactivity.

Back of knee pain is never just the back of the knee.
Hamstrings, calves, groins, hips - this is a chain problem, not a location problem. If your rehab only chases the pain site, you’re treating a symptom and ignoring the cause.
This is a snippet of what we ran with Miguel over 4 sessions. Copenhagens to load the adductors and hips. Calf testing, because the calf’s attachment into the posterior chain makes it a silent driver in these presentations - Miguel’s numbers climbed fast here toward the end. Curtsy lunge to step-up to integrate the whole chain under real movement. Clam shells pushed to failure, because strength only means something near the edge. Plyometrics to finish, tracked with data so improvement isn’t a guess.
Root cause first. Numbers to prove it. That’s the standard.

This is what real rehab looks like. 🦵⚡
Not stretching and hoping. Not “take it easy.” We’re loading the hip, testing power output, and pushing clients back to running — safely, and fast.
This is the Proflex standard: root cause, KPI-driven, built to get you moving again.
