A quick heads-up for everyone!

We understand that plans can change, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave us out of pocket. To keep things fair for both us and the customers:

If you need to change your appointment, you must give at least 3 days’ notice. If it’s short notice and we can’t fill the slot, you’ll need to pay 50% of the old appointment to rebook.

No-shows must pay in full for the missed appointment before being allowed to book again. If you have a genuine emergency, let us know—we understand life happens. But if there’s no communication, we won’t be able to take future bookings.

This is simply about respecting our time the same way we respect yours. Thanks for your understanding and continued support
