If I could influence you to do a few things, it would be this: stop treating your skin like it exists in isolation, stop buying products because someone online has nice lighting, and please don’t underestimate what a proper consultation can save you in time, money and frustration!

Your skin is part of a much bigger picture. Hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition, ageing and your medical history all matter, and the best results usually come when one practitioner understands that full story and follows it over time.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and want a plan that actually makes sense for you, send me a message or book via the link in my bio. 💗

This is what can happen when we stop looking for a quick fix and actually give the skin a proper plan 🙌🏽

This transformation is after three sessions of biospicules alongside a consistent Obagi homecare routine, including Clenziderm and tretinoin.

The biggest change for me isn’t just the reduction in active breakouts. It’s the overall improvement in texture, congestion, redness and the post-breakout marks that can hang around long after the spot itself has gone.

For acne-prone skin, in-clinic treatments can be incredibly helpful, but what you do at home between appointments matters just as much.

Tretinoin can help regulate cell turnover and improve congestion over time, while Clenziderm supports breakout-prone skin. We then used the biospicule treatments alongside this to support skin renewal and improve overall skin appearance.

This kind of result takes consistency. Three sessions, the right homecare, regular review and making adjustments as the skin changes.

No miracle product or one-off facial. Just a plan suited to your skin and followed properly.

If you’re struggling with ongoing breakouts, congestion or the marks they leave behind, send me a message or book a consultation, and we can work out what your skin actually needs 💌

Most people come to me wanting to fix one thing they can see. A patch of pigment, a dullness they cannot quite name, pores that seem to have arrived overnight. What they do not always realise is that the skin they can see is a report on the skin they cannot, and that is the layer LaserMe actually works on.

This is what tends to happen once someone commits to a proper course. Texture shifts first, usually within the first few weeks. Then pigment starts to lift from the depth it truly sits at, not just the surface stain. Radiance follows, the kind that comes from skin regenerating rather than skin that has been polished for the day. And because new collagen takes months to mature, the results keep building long after your last session.

The part I care about most is the last one. LaserMe improves the quality of your skin, which means every other treatment you have from that point sits on a better foundation and gives you more back.

It is not right for every skin or every concern, and I will always tell you if it is not yours. If you want to know whether it belongs in your plan, book via the link in my bio or send me a message. 💌

There really is no other way 🫶✨

Being an aesthetic nurse isn’t just about knowing how to inject. It’s knowing when not to, spotting when something isn’t right, understanding the medical history behind the face in front of you, and being able to act quickly if a complication ever does happen.

Fifteen years in the NHS definitely gave me a few habits I refuse to lose 😅 Full histories, proper consent, sterile practice, emergency protocols, and asking the questions that sometimes make people think, “Do you really need to know that?” Usually, yes.

If you’re considering treatment, ask your practitioner about their medical background, prescribing status and what they’d do if something went wrong 🩷

Consider this the disclaimer before we become internet friends: I will absolutely ask the nosy questions, have very strong opinions about your SPF and occasionally tell you the treatment you came in for isn’t the one I’d choose 😅

But there’s a reason for all of it. Good aesthetic care should look at the whole person, not just the bit of your face you pointed at in the mirror. Skin, hormones, intimate health, lifestyle and ageing are far more connected than people realise, and understanding that bigger picture is usually where the better decisions start.

If that sounds like the kind of consultation you want, send me a message or book via the link in my bio. 💗

If you’re new to aesthetics, you absolutely do not need to arrive with a treatment name, a TikTok diagnosis and a fully formed plan 😅 In fact, I’d much rather you didn’t.

Start with what you’ve noticed and what you’d like to improve. From there, I can look properly at your skin, work out what’s actually driving the concern and decide whether the best next step is skincare, a peel, microneedling, Profhilo or something else entirely.

You do not need to walk in with a plan. That is my job. You just need to walk in.

If you have been putting this off because it all feels like too much to decode, take this as your starting point. Book via the link in my bio or send me a message, and we will work out what your skin actually needs, in the right order, with no pressure to do it all at once 💌
