Jade, a colour, extension and hair cutting specialist at You MCR, brings over 10 years of experience to every client appointment. With her expert knowledge in both colour and cutting, she creates perfectly tailored looks that enhance her clients' natural beauty. In addition to her styling skills, Jade is a qualified teacher and assessor, sharing her passion and expertise with the next generation of future stylists.

👀 One thing you didn’t know about Jade:
She loves anything adventure-coded… for example, she’s jumped out of a plane before! ✈️🌍

☁️ Jade’s favourite thing about You MCR:

🥥 Outside of work, Jade loves:
Wellness and self-care days, a Pilates or gym class, or spending time with family and friends. She loves trying a new aesthetic café or restaurant, travelling (yep - solo too!), animals and farm life. A sunset swim is one of her favourite things to do too, as well as saunas and walks in nature 🌼

Emily is a nail artist and educator known for her intricate, elegant, clean girl nails and her strong focus on natural nail health. With a signature style that blends flawless detail, soft luxury, and beautifully wearable designs, she creates sets that feel effortlessly polished and timeless. Alongside her business, she’s recently stepped into married life and motherhood - bringing even more warmth, balance and authenticity to her brand. As the founder of her nail academy, she’s passionate about mentoring aspiring nail artists, helping students refine their skills and create successful careers in the industry.

👀 One thing you didn’t know about Emily:
I can turn my hand to most things creative - I paint, I can draw, I can sew 🪡 my next goal is to get a sewing machine and learn how to make things from scratch ❤️

💭 Emily’s favourite thing about You MCR:
“We are like a family with 12 different personalities 😂 no day is the same, there has never been a boring day in the salon. And no matter what problem you have someone can fix it!”

Holly is a colour and styling specialist at You MCR, known for her beautiful, lived-in blonde finishes and the best bouncy blowdrys to exist! With a strong eye for detail and a talent for creating soft, seamless colour, she delivers effortlessly put-together looks tailored to each of her clients. Whether it’s a fresh balayage or her signature soft wanding, Holly’s chair is the go-to for hair that looks as good as it feels.

👀 One thing you didn’t know about Holly:
When she was younger, Holly loved horse-riding and actually competed in a number of horse shows - something that shaped her love for a challenge (i.e., a colour correction)?🐴

Becky is a colour and balayage specialist at You MCR, known for creating beautiful, natural-looking hair transformations and complex colour corrections. With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of colour, she is passionate about making every client feel comfortable and confident, bringing a warm and welcoming energy to every appointment. Each refresh comes with a bit of girl therapy too - her chair is just as much about a good catch up as it is beautiful hair.

As well as a full colour melt in one appointment, Becky can also play hot cross buns on the ukulele. Balance ✨

She is passionate about creating seamless, natural-looking colours for her clients and ADORES a blonde transformation. Alongside work, she is a Pilates and wellness enthusiast, and has recently opened a second venture, with her sisters. Recognised for her dedication, kindness and creativity, Mia ensures every client leaves feeling their absolute best, with beautifully personalised results.

Extensions aren’t her only specialty. She used to be in a chess club when she was younger! ♟️
