I obviously do a lot of treatments on myself (shout out to Botox, Profhilo & Polynucleotides doing the heavy lifting) but my skin really plays up when I’m stressed so enter my ✨wellness era✨

Without a doubt eating enough fats and healthy food makes a difference to my skin- my default mum diet is red bull and cheese strings but my skin has taken a hit lately so a healthier diet has really been helping 🙏
