What does “natural filler” actually mean? 🤍

It’s one of the most requested outcomes I hear in clinic — “I just want to look natural.”
But what does that actually mean in practice?
Natural filler isn’t necessarily just about the amount — it’s about the approach.
You can use a small amount of filler and still achieve an unnatural result if placement is off. Equally, a skilled practitioner can add meaningful volume and symmetry while keeping results completely undetectable.

True natural results come down to four things:

1. Assessment first — Understanding your unique lip shape, facial proportions and what will complement your features before a single injection is placed.
2. The right product — Not all fillers are the same. Product choice affects texture, movement and longevity. I select products based on you.
3. Precise placement — Where filler is placed determines everything. My technique focuses on enhancing your natural architecture, not overriding it.
4. Knowing when to stop — Less is almost always more. We can always add; the goal is never to overcorrect.
