With a wealth of experience and much knowledge in her field Saima
is a highly skilled professional who combines extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques to assess and treat muscle tension, pain, and movement restrictions. She tailors each treatment to the client's individual needs, using a range of modalities such as eight types of massage therapy (to date, as she is always learning more types of healing therapy to broaden her skillset), myofascial trigger point therapy and stretching techniques.
