Each session begins with breathwork and a guided meditation, followed by a sound bath using crystal bowls, an ocean drum and many other instruments to achieve deep relaxation.
Sessions end with the option to choose an oracle card and have a calming herbal tea.
A mat, pillow and blanket are provided.
