What an amazing group we had today 💛

There was so much powerful conversation around exercise — not just how it changes us physically, but how it lifts us mentally too. So many of our members are now doing things they never imagined possible, all because they’ve taken those steps forward on their weight loss journeys. It’s honestly incredible to see.

We laughed, we shared, we supported one another… and we talked so much that poor Bagel, our lovely group dog, had to lie down for a rest 🐶💤 We love you, Bagel!

This is what our group is all about — not just food, but real life. Because life can be tough, and it can affect our journeys more than we expect. But with support, understanding, and a whole lot of group love, there’s nothing we can’t face together.
