HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL! I’ve been so rubbish on social media past few months. Don’t know how hairdressers run a back-back column whilst still maintaining content!
Anyway, I’m lacking so much motivation atm anyone else feel like that🤣
I never got to say Thank you to all my clients, you custom truly means the world to me because without you guys, my job wouldn’t be the same ❤️

Sometimes inspo pics are amazing, but my client has always been a BLONDIE! So I think this was a perfect meet in the middle scenario, she is so naturally light so taking her too dark wasn’t an option for me unless she was happy to have regrowth 🤣

It’s our job to make our client understand and manage their expectations.
Inspo pics are good to help you and your client visualise their goals and make sure you are on the same page. In this case my client was saying she wanted cooler, but really she just wanted to feel brighter not Ashy!
This is where you can explain what you can achieve and manage their expectations on the result. UNDER ESTIMATE / OVER ACHEIVE🤣✌🏼

IN MY BRONDE ERA😝
Completely obsessed with my clients new look! She wanted something to compliment her skin tone and something that was going to be lower maintenance before she has her new baby🥹

Keeping it soft & blonde on top, whilst showing her personality underneath 🫣 The perfect combo!!!🥰
My client kept messing with her blonde at home and introducing pink, last time I removed it and 2 days after her colour she did it again🤣 so I think it was time to add some pink in for her making her colour looked more intentional and bold.. hoping now she will stop reaching for the box dye pinks and let me do it🤣✌🏼👏🏻
