An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional person to join Tamzy's hair. The successful candidate's responsibility would be to assist and complete each clients needs and make sure the service they want is carried out correctly. They will also help with day to day Housekeeping and support of the salon.
Your general duties are but not limited to the following;
* Supporting the owner with front of house duties
* Passing on messages
* Inputting booking information into calendars and systems
* Handling enquiries from clients and via face to face interaction and phone calls
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to develop professional relationships with internal colleagues
* Can work flexibly and both independently and as part of a small team, to support the day to day running of the salon
* Liaising with professionals such as Suppliers. In a professional manner Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Provide personal, administrative, and organisational support to management
*keeping the clients happy
*Completing the clients requirements
* Covering reception duties
* Housekeeping
