🙏🏻We lead with integrity so we don’t “sell” at your free consultations or sessions. (We see you, places that recommend electrolysis and sell laser to people because you get more money!)

🎁 We also have been known to gift sessions to help you further 😉

🏳️‍⚧️ All our team are trans awareness trained - which entails a 2.5 hr course and written test to ensure everyone who sees you is armed with knowledge and allyship!

This client will have multiple treatments but eventually they can enjoy hair free skin forever 🫶🏻

Electrolysis is permanent and one of the best methods (if not THE best) for facial hair removal.

Redness is normal and will subside over the next 24 hrs

This client will return in a month for their next treatment on that area or they can have a treatment on another area after a couple of weeks.

We often talk about barriers to beauty and neurodiversity can certainly make what most of us find enjoyable quite a daunting experience.

Our team is a mix of neurotypical and neurodivergent people and we try and make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible.

What do we do ?

♾️ We have fidget toys available if needed
♾️ You can choose your level of noise - be that music, or chatting - we offer a silent treatment too.
♾️ Smells can be overwhelming so staff are encouraged to wear light perfume, and use breath mints or masks. We only use essential oils in our diffusers and room sprays.
♾️ Staff aren’t allowed to chew gum (that noise!!!)
♾️ You can bring a friend to your appointment and accompany you throughout if needed.
♾️ We have an accessibility statement on our website explaining access and thoroughly directions on pre visit emails.
♾️Our team have neurodivergence training to understand a bit about the diverse needs of our clients.

Lastly - we might not always get it right but we try, we care and we are always learning.

Yes there are a few “groom rooms” or barbers that do a great job with some beauty basics but let’s normalise men using beauty clinics 🙏🏻

Our clinic welcomes everyone (did we mention that yet?) and chaps, yes that includes you.

What we have seen during our renovation 👁️

An apprentice builder with eczema on his hands so bad it was split and weeping - I gave him some , it helped massively.

A builder with a baby with skin sensitivities; he got a bottle too and it cleared up.

Plasterers with the driest skin I’ve ever seen (imagine having a clay mask on every day) who actually goes for regular facials and uses the skincare we sell 🙌🏼

Electricians with ear and nose hair they hate

A builder with a sore back that I massaged mid kitchen fitting

A plumber with rosacea that bothers him but he’s too embarrassed to see anyone about it

The beauty guru is somewhere they can visit, judgement free, with complete privacy.
