As natural girlies, we still want our hair to look neat even without a fresh retwist or braids and the secret is moisture. When done properly, you’ll wake up with hair looking fresh, soft, and laid.

Water is your base moisture. A leave-in conditioner helps nourish and soften the hair, while rosemary oil can support scalp health and encourage growth over time. Be sure to massage your scalp after applying to boost circulation.

Oil helps seal in that moisture, and cream is especially great for high porosity hair that tends to dry out quickly.

Things I don’t charge extra for 🤍

1. Being late-
If you are late, we may need to adjust the style to fit the time slot that you have booked. Your appointment may be cancelled if there isn’t a suitable style you’d like instead.
2. Adding hair accessories-
Provided there is time left over and I don’t have another client booked immediately after, I’m always happy to add your accessories. I don’t supply accessories, so please bring them with you.
3. Snacks & water-
Whether your appointment is long or short, I like to provide light snacks and water for my clients - just a small thank you for choosing me.
4. Consultations-
The most important thing is meeting your expectations. I’m always happy to discuss styles, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable before you sit in my chair.
5. Thick hair-
I don’t charge extra for thick hair. The only time the price may change is if significant detangling is required. As long as your hair arrives clean, detangled, and ready for your appointment, the price stays the same. In rare cases, you may need a longer time slot depending on the style.

Detangling your child’s hair doesn’t have to end in tears (for them or you 😅).

The key is patience, moisture, and the right technique. Always start with damp, moisturised hair, work in small sections, and begin detangling from the ends working your way up.

When you take your time and treat their hair gently, wash day becomes so much easier for both of you. 🤍
