Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well 🤎

I know I’ve got lots of messages which need responding too 🤦🏽‍♀️ so thought I would write on here and when I can I’ll respond to everyone individually

I’ve made the decision for the time being not to take on any new clients. I’m really sorry to any new clients wanting to book in or who have been referred by existing clients, friends & family. This won’t be forever it’s just for the time being while I get myself back on track.

My regular clients, I will still be working don’t worry 🤎 I’ll just be reducing my hours and days for a couple of months that’s all. I really do love my job and need to work as this is my only source of income for me and my family but I do need some time to get back to myself also ❤️

Please if anyone is dealing with anything at all, personal issues, day to day stress, anything at all, don’t brush it under the carpet and think it’ll be fine.. I know we all do it 😑🤣. Speak out and try to address the issues before you hit rock bottom. Being burnt out is a real thing 🫠

This post isnt for attention or for anyone to feel sorry for me 🫣 I just wanted to explain, the last thing I’d want is people thinking I’m ignoring them or being rude by not responding
