this young man is one of the many reasons our job is so awesome!! when we started cutting his hair, we put a VTEC tablet on the workstation so he could watch cartoons to distract him whilst one of the guys cut his hair. 10 years on he comes down on his own, tells us what he wants, pays his bill, shakes hands and leaves, it does not get more rewarding for us than this, priceless!!!
